transformation through faith. As a young mother juggling family life and career, Kathryn found herself at a crossroadsâfeeling broken, insecure, and overwhelmed by life’s demands. It was in this moment of vulnerability that she experienced a life-changing realization: her desperate need for Jesus.
This pivotal moment wasn’t just a fleeting experience; it was the beginning of a journey that would reshape Kathryn’s life and eventually give birth to Angels Fly Here. While she didn’t instantly become perfectâas she humbly admitsâKathryn submitted to God’s process, yielding control of her life to Him.
In her own words, Kathryn shares, “In that instant, I understood my utter desperation and need of hope and help that could only be found in surrendering to a Savior. Jesus was the only one who could rescue me and set me on a path to freedom and forgiveness.”

What started as a hobby soon became another channel for sharing God’s love and truth. Kathryn’s watercolors, infused with the same spirit that guided her writing, began to take on a life of their own.

Enter Trevor, Kathryn’s son, who brought technical expertise and a vision for how to share this unique blend of art and faith with the world.

“I couldn’t have imagined all that He would do through it,” Kathryn says, reflecting on her creative journey. Her role in the company goes beyond creating art; she’s the spiritual compass, ensuring that every product and message aligns with the mission of glorifying God and encouraging others in their faith.
Kathryn’s approach to art and business is summed up in her own words: “This is a ministry where Jesus is our business owner and CEO. It is about bringing Him glory and honor, about making Him known to the world.”
Trevor’s path to co-founding Angels Fly Here is a story of divine timing and purpose. Stranded in the Philippines during the lock–downs of 2020, Trevor found himself searching for ways to make money online. Little did he know that this challenge would lead him to partner with his mother in a business that would blend faith, art, and technology.
As the technical guru of Angels Fly Here, Trevor manages all aspects of the website, from design to functionality. His journey into e-commerce began with a Red Bubble store, which introduced him to the world of online business. However, it was the frustration with AI-generated images that led him to propose a partnership with his mother, using her original watercolor paintings to create truly unique, meaningful products.
Trevor’s vision extends beyond just selling products. He sees Angels Fly Here as a platform for fostering a strong community of people who love the Lord. “The next part of the journey,” he says, “is to support our growing customer base and foster a strong community of people who love the Lord and people around our products.”
His technical skills, combined with a deep commitment to the mission of Angels Fly Here, make Trevor an integral part of bringing faith-inspired art to a global audience through digital means.

“Much of my inspiration comes from quiet moments in nature,” Kathryn shares. “I see God’s handiwork in a delicate flower petal or the strength of a majestic wolf, and I’m moved to capture that on paper.”
Once inspiration strikes, Kathryn moves to her art studio. Using high-quality watercolors and papers, she begins to bring her vision to life. Each brushstroke is intentional, often accompanied by prayer or reflection on the spiritual message she wants to convey.
